The Dove House is a historic landmark built in 1927 for Miss R.A. Dove by the renowned Colorado architect and engineer William N. Bowman.

Some of Bowman’s other works include the Denver Theater, Paramount Theater, Telegraph Building, Scottish Rite Temple and the Fairplay Hotel. The owners, Tom and Marie Jenkinson were married in 1990 and experienced much frustration trying to find an acceptable facility for their reception. This prompted them to purchase the house later that same year in order to give others a wonderful venue for their weddings and other social events. Over the years the Jenkinsons continue to expand and improve the house andgrounds by adding patios, gardens, the solarium, bar room and garden room.
